　　In order to further implement the innovation-driven development strategy,

　　To further implement the innovation-driven development strategy, showcase the outstanding technological innovations that have emerged in recent years from mass economic and technological innovation activities in our city as well as from the “Three Houses and One Integration” initiative, vigorously advance employee-led innovation branding projects, accelerate the translation of innovative achievements into productive forces, and enhance enterprises’ capacity for independent innovation and core competitiveness, the Chengdu Federation of Trade Unions and the Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau have jointly organized the Chengdu Employee Technological Innovation Achievement Selection Event. Following submissions from grassroots units and recommendations by district (city), county, and industry committees, a panel of experts reviewed and selected two entries: the “Single-Bag Luggage Series” and the “Portable Caster Series,” both developed by Liao Yincai, along with the “Newcomer Award” presented to Chengdu Adimanlei Leather Clothing Co., Ltd. In addition, 40 other projects were awarded the Chengdu Employee Technological Innovation Excellence Award.
