Abstract: In addition to their busy work schedules, in order to help company employees relieve work-related stress and everyday fatigue,

In addition to their busy work schedules, the company organized a sightseeing excursion on Sunday, May 29—a day off—to help employees unwind from work-related stress and everyday fatigue. The theme of the outing was “Immersing in History and Culture: A Tour of the Ancient Qiang City.” The primary objectives were to enrich employees’ extracurricular cultural life and alleviate work pressure; to foster better communication and interaction among colleagues; to cultivate a spirit of teamwork and a strong sense of unity and mutual support; and to enable everyone to experience the vitality and cohesion of the team.

At exactly 7:00 a.m., everyone was fully prepared and set off for the destination, Mao County. Along the way, everyone chatted and laughed, creating a lively atmosphere, and by around 11:00 a.m., the group arrived at their destination. The first stop was the Silk Exhibition Hall, which featured displays of silk fabrics and bedding sets, as well as sales of silk clothing.

After lunch, we visited the China-Thailand Rubber Exhibition Hall to learn about the extraction of natural rubber and how it is processed into rubber mattresses and pillows. Following that, we embarked on the highlight of the day: a tour of the Ancient Qiang City. The atmosphere there was truly evocative, with a palpable sense of history and tradition. The local ethnic minority residents were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Visitors could enjoy authentic, unadulterated folk songs and dances, as well as performances showcasing China’s intangible cultural heritage. The Qiang people are the only ethnic group in China whose name appears in oracle-bone inscriptions, earning them the title of a “living fossil” in the evolutionary history of the Chinese nation. Having shed the stresses of daily work, all that remained were joyful, beaming faces. After the barbecue concluded, everyone remembered to protect the environment by voluntarily sorting and disposing of their trash—a hallmark of our company’s longstanding commitment to environmental stewardship.

As time passed, the day-long outing came to a close. Everyone boarded the bus home, brimming with excitement. This event not only enriched employees’ leisure lives but also strengthened communication and interaction among them, deepening friendships and fostering a stronger sense of collective pride. We are confident that everyone will now approach their personal and professional lives with even greater enthusiasm. The event received strong support from company leadership and enthusiastic participation from employees, resulting in a highly successful outcome.
