Our company has successfully obtained certification under the “Three-Standard Integration” management system.

　　Since the company initiated the implementation of its Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety management systems, we have, over the past four months, successfully completed all requirements for certification under these integrated systems. During this period, employees at all levels conducted multiple reviews of the relevant documentation for the three standards, collected and consolidated the company’s objectives and policies, engaged all staff in identifying environmental aspects and potential hazards, and solicited their recommendations. Comprehensive training was provided to raise awareness of emergency preparedness and safety across the organization. The certification of these three integrated management systems is undoubtedly of great importance and necessity in enhancing the company’s overall management performance and in guiding the foundational management practices of all departments toward greater scientific rigor and standardization. In accordance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards, our company has developed a comprehensive set of procedural documents for the quality, safety, and occupational health and safety management systems, prepared the QEO Management System Manual, refined departmental work manuals, and standardized all operational records.

　　From September 8 to October 10, 2016, Sichuan Co., Ltd. of China Inspection Group conducted a three-standard-system audit of our company over a period of three days. Adhering to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, and in strict accordance with the requirements of the three-standard-system audit criteria, the audit team carried out a detailed review of the work processes across all departments of the company, conducted thorough interviews with management at all levels and frontline employees, and meticulously examined extensive written records and archives. The audit spanned three days and was successfully concluded on September 10, marking the successful attainment of international QEO three-standard-system certification for our company.

　　By obtaining certification under the three-standard system, we have continuously standardized operational procedures for management and promptly adjusted and refined the company’s system standards in light of its actual conditions. This certification process has merely recognized the past achievements of all employees and laid a solid foundation for the company’s future endeavors.
